6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
•Modify pricing without notice.
•Cancel orders due to pricing errors.
•Limit promotional pricing to specific timeframes.
•Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

7. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

8. VOUCHERS, GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONS
•Vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
•Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
•Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
•Bougee Collective reserves the right to cancel promotions due to misuse.

9. LOCAL DELIVERIES (SOUTH AFRICA)
Bougee Collective currently delivers within the Republic of South Africa.
Delivery Terms
•Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
•Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and confirmed.
•Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details will be for the customer’s account.
•Once an order has been collected by the appointed courier or made available for customer collection, risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon collection.
•Bougee Collective is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, load shedding, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS – Please refer to our Returns Policy.
We will accept returns on eligible products purchased directly from Bougee Collective’s online store within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
•Items must be unused and unopened, and in original condition.
•Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please do not write on the product packaging.
•Original proof of purchase is required
•A return reference number must be issued before sending any items back
•Refunds can take between 7-14 business days.

After 7 days, returns will only be considered if the item is defective. We do not accept returns for products purchased through third‑party retailers or damage, theft or loss while in transit.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item that is not caused by transit:
•Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
•Provide photographic proof.
•Return the item in original condition and original packaging, unused, and unopened. Please do not write on the product packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
•Used personal care products (unless defective).
•Items damaged due to misuse.
•Products marked as final sale.
•Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
•Damage caused by Third Party.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including:
•Logos
•Product names
•Branding
•Images
•Text
•Designs
is the exclusive property of Bougee Collective and protected by South African intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS

•You grant Bougee Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display such content.
